Lavender and Cedar Wood rings to hang in the Closets

Your closet is your most private section of the house.  From old photos to important papers, from Winter to Summer Clothes as well as shoes, a seasonal cleaning of the closet is a must.

Clothes that are cleaned before the change of the season are more resilient to moth and dew.

Old garments that don't fit anymore are taking useless space!

It is important that all your papers such as passport, legal documents, photos are all put in one secure place and in order.

Arranging your hanged clothes in a color scheme, usually like a rainbow, is welcoming to the eye.

Take time to sort your closets before the next season.  Keep a few jumpers and shawls handy.

The drawers are also smart containers, depending on how we use them.

The new trend to gain space in a drawer is to roll the Tee shirts or the boxers like you would roll a tie rather than stack them.  It is then easy to pick up the wanted item.

There has been accessories for the closets since ancient times. They found out that Cedar wood is a natural moth repellent, so many closets have at least a few shelves made of that wood.

Our grandmas used to collect leftovers bits of soaps, dry them and put  them in the corners in the drawers.

Lavender is also used to resell moth in the closets.

For more intense smells there are "Drawer Sheets".  These are scented papers that come in different sizes to fit in drawers.
